Meals

Everything about food excites me. I can spend hours in Whole Foods, in the kitchen, or strolling through a farmers market. The evidence is real that food is medicine and has the power to improve how we look, feel, and age. I believe food connects us and I’m determined to inspire more people to fall in love with nourishing ourselves through the food we eat and learning where it comes from.

Movement

I think that in the modern world we overcomplicate what it means to work out and be fit. Some people who are in the gym for hours every single day and “look” like they are in great shape, are not even metabolically healthy. Movement should leave you feeling good after and it can be as simple and effective as taking a walk. Those living past 100 in the Blue Zones are walking up mountains every day and using their muscles for physical labor, to cook, etc

Meaning + Making 

Having a purpose and a mission is something that is so overlooked in our lives. What’s even more important, is having a community of people that we can share this meaning with. I know it’s not always easy to figure out what we want in life and how to find the people that align with us, but I do recognize how crucial it is and I want to help.
