I’m a certified personal trainer. In the last 4 years I have probably missed a total of 5 days of doing something active. That is because I have found what works for me and understand how good movement makes me FEEL. I enjoy doing anything from strength training, walking, running, yoga, pilates, hiking, pickleball, etc.


I can help you plan/create your workouts, create an ideal split personalized for you, give recommendations of the different group classes I’ve attended, or anything else you think would be helpful.
